Children and Youth
Calling all kiddos! We care so much for each child that walks through the door. It is our mandate that we train up our children with the Biblical teachings to apply in life.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen. - 1 Peter 4:10-11
Serving in ministry within the church is a meaningful way to use your unique gifts and talents to serve God and others. It involves actively participating in various roles, such as teaching, worship, hospitality, outreach, or technology, to support the church's mission. Serving fosters spiritual growth, deepens relationships within the church community, and allows individuals to contribute to the kingdom of God by meeting the needs of both the congregation and the wider community. It’s an opportunity to live out your faith through acts of love, service, and dedication.
Evangelism
Evangelism is our marching orders to share The Gospel to a dying world. Matthew 28:19-20 declares, "Go ye therefore..." Evangelism is about disciples being used by God through the power of The Holy Spirit to reach the least, the looked over, and the left out. As believers witness to the world, our prayer is that souls who do not know about the Power of God and the saving grace of Jesus Christ, desire to enter a relationship by asking, "What must I do to be saved?"
Missions/Outreach
We at The Rock Christian Center believe in serving beyond the 4 walls of the church. We are driven to serve the Lord with joy in our heart.
Worship and Arts
At The Rock Christian Center, our music and arts ministry is an integral part of worship. The Worship and Arts Ministry exists to usher in the presence of God. We use our gifts and talents to teach, encourage, and inspire people in their walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. Ultimately, we realize God’s presence is demonstrated by how we live daily and this Gospel message is dynamically portrayed through various expressions of worship and the use of technology.
Christian Education
Christian education, being Bible-taught, focuses on grounding students in biblical truth, fostering spiritual growth, and equipping them to apply Scripture in their daily lives.
A/V Ministry
The technology ministry leverages digital tools and resources to enhance worship experiences, support church operations, and expand outreach efforts. It includes managing live streaming services, audio-visual equipment, social media, website updates, and online content creation, all with the goal of spreading the message of faith and connecting the community both in-person and online. This ministry ensures seamless communication and a modern, engaging approach to sharing the gospel.
